Elite Pro-Tax & Financial Services provides professional tax preparation, small business accounting, tax planning, bookkeeping, and IRS assistance. Specific client work is covered by separate written agreements between you and us. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute formal tax, legal, or financial advice for any individual situation.
2. Text Messaging Program
Users opt in to text messaging communications by providing their phone number through a web form on our website.
1. Program description. Elite Pro-Tax & Financial Services sends informational/transactional text messages (such as appointment confirmations, document requests, filing status updates, and refund notifications) to people who opt in through the contact form at https://eliteprotax.getthemaxback.net/. We send separate marketing text messages (such as tax season reminders, tax planning tips, and special service announcements) only to people who choose the marketing checkbox. The two choices are independent, neither is checked by default, and both are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. How to opt in. Enter your mobile number on the contact form and check the consent box for service messages. To also receive promotional offers and updates, check the separate promotional box. Both boxes are unchecked by default and both are optional. You can submit the form without checking either one.
3. Cancellation instructions. Reply STOP at any time to the number that sent the message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. To rejoin, opt in again through the contact form.
4. Support information. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (864) 781-4035 or [email protected] during business hours.
5. Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
7. Supported carriers. The program works with major U.S. wireless carriers.
8. Age restriction. Participants must be 18 years or older.
9. Sensitive information. Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account details) by text message.
